Your responsibilities:
  • Craft compelling copy for a variety of projects including advertising campaigns, online/offline experiences, social media, and internal communication materials.
  • Be a key facilitator in projects that span across different units within Mirror, ensuring seamless communication and integration of ideas among multidisciplinary teams.
  • Act as a catalyst for creativity and innovation, inspiring teams to deliver their best work through effective storytelling and compelling copy that bridges various disciplines and perspectives.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print, and in-person.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of communication pitches, ensuring that all copy is engaging, persuasive, and clearly communicates the intended message.

We are looking for an experienced professional in account management with a minimum of 7 years of experience in communication agencies or related fields. If you are a capable leader who can manage key clients, ensuring an overview of all activities and project advancements, you could be the ideal candidate. The desired candidate must have a consultative and business-oriented approach towards the client and leadership towards the internal team.

Your responsibilities:
  • Key Client Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Thoroughly understand client needs and goals to ensure lasting satisfaction.
    • Collect and rework briefs to activate internal teams.
  • Supervision of Activities and Advancements:

At Mirror, we are looking for an Account Manager who will manage relationships with clients in the projects they will be responsible for. You will be the client’s main point of reference, ensuring that the delivered output matches quality standards, shared deadlines and project specifications.

You will plan activities along with other internal stakeholders, and lead the project anticipating any possible issues. You will monitor the budget and the timely delivery of the project.

You will nurture the relationship with the client, developing a trustful partnership in a proactive manner, analyzing the client’s needs to design new project proposals while coordinating the different stakeholders in the process.

It is a demanding but very rewarding role. The successful outcome of a project and the relationship with a client depends on your ability to anticipate their needs, translate their desires into tangible goals, and seize opportunities for new proposals.

Your responsibilities:
